Hi everyone, Welcome to the Library; we're looking forward to meeting everyone and to having a
GREAT school year!

Each year as we begin setting up, we have a few matters to attend to, and the first order of
business is LIBRARY COMPUTER REGISTRATION:

1. Approximately 1100 students use Library computers; to help us with
identification, all student users must be registered. Registration is an easy process; just
bring your school photo ID card, to the Library, to provide or update account information by
October 31st. Students in grades 10-12 may use last year's photo ID cards until new cards
are issued. Any new student who misses picture days may arrange with Mrs. Hill to have a photo
ID made.

Student Registration will not affect students working on assignments with their scheduled
class; students working with teachers may use the computers.

2. LIBRARY PASSES -
a. All students who come to the Library to work, individually throughout the day, MUST
bring a pass from their classroom teacher or be listed on the STUDY HALL Pass.

b. LUNCH PASSES to the Library are issued in the Library before school begins; LUNCH PASSES
ARE NOT ISSUED IN THE CAFETEIA. (Students may not be late to class when requesting a Lunch pass
as the Library does not issue late passes to class.)

C. AFTER SCHOOL LIBRARY begins at 2:15 and ends 4:45; any student coming to the library
after 2:15 must bring a pass from his or her tutorial teacher.

REMEMBER, WE MUST ENFORCE THE NO PASS, NO ADMITTANCE RULE!
