Utilizing the Internet, your text, legal resources and any other
appropriate material, you will need to research and find information for the
above-mentioned topics for your client and complete the following
· Prepare a detailed written summary, with appropriate references, of your
findings for your client to review.
· Make an engaging presentation to your client addressing all issues relevant
to their business using techniques that you are most comfortable with..

You must be prepared to present this material in 3 weeks. Your client has
agreed to pay you an additional 5% for being prepared early, or presenting on
the first day. To complete this task you will need to use your time wisely
in and out of the “office.” Some class time will be provided, but do
not rely solely on this. You will be required to provide a weekly business
memo to your client regarding your progress, or concerns.
