My name is Dr. Joel Behar and I am the school social worker at the Sea Cliff and Glenwood Landing Elementary Schools. I have been working with young people for many years, in a variety of settings and roles: I've been an Executive Director of a YMCA, a College Professor, a psychotherapist specializing in children and families, as well as a school social worker. I truly enjoy working with children of all ages and helping them in a variety of ways, to be the best students that they can be. Mission Label: Mission The overall focus of my work is to help students to be able to do their best in school, by helping them to create positive change in their lives.
