Rules:


3 Seconds with possession
3 Dribbles
3 Passes before a shot


No Pass Backs
Only the goalie is allowed in the crease
You CAN NOT take the ball out of someone else’s hands
You may not hold the ball and move your feet = traveling
You may not dribble, stop, and dribble again = double dribbling
You may not switch your pivot foot = traveling
After a shot on goal offense needs to make 3 complete passes before shooting again


Turnovers:

-Traveling/Double Dribbling
-Over 3 second’s possession with the ball
-Pushing/Shoving/Tripping
-Anything but your feet touch the floor


 Penalty Shots:
-If fouled while taking a shot
