Homework

Start walking 10,000 steps a day. Starting on Monday, October 6, 2008  you can start 
writing down the total number of miles you and your family do a day and write it on the 
orange paper you received in physical education class.  Turn in on October 16, 2008 for a 
shoe token.    (Time you 
wake up until the time you go to bed). See Walking challenge icon

Eat your 5 fruits and vegetables a day!   Remember:  Good nutrition 
is
very important to a healthy lifestyle!

Learn names of muscles that we stretch in class. Grades 3-5
Quadriceps, Biceps, Triceps, Trapezius, Calves, Gluteus, Abdominals,
Hamstrings.

Practice sportsmanship and character education

Start practicing stress management techniques.
