Pre-SEASON Workouts starting in OCTOBER:
Ketcham Gymnastics will be holding pre-season conditioning for anyone
interested in trying out for the team. They will be every Tuesday and
Thursday starting from October 7Th from 3-4pm. You must arrange for a
ride home. Also be sure to dress in layers and wear sneakers because we
will be both inside and out.

Winter Sports Selection Classification Physical Fitness Test is Tuesday October 28th 3:15pm RCK Gym Lobby, Rain Date the 29th, All paperwork
must be completed prior to the test date to be eligible to complete the test. Selection Classification packets- if you are 7th-8th grade trying out
for the team- you will need to fill out a packet of info before the test date and have a school nurse physical. Please email your address to Marisa
Bisaccia maris8614@yahoo.com so she can send you the info. Only those with all paperwork and approvals complete will be tested.
Make sure you wear sneakers.

7th and 8th graders have to pass the Shuttle Relay, Flexed Arm hang, 50 yard Dash, sit-ups, and standing long
jump fitness test before trying out for a varisty sport.
If you are trying out for the gymnastics team you must get a physical done by your school nurse before try-outs in November to be considered
for the Ketcham Gymnastics Team. Please let any of your friends know who are interested.
