Dear Parents and Guardians:

Mrs. Turpin-Orgetas is excited to announce the intramural program for 4th
and 5th grade girls and boys. I will provide fun after and before school
recreational activities from Monday, September 14, 2009-end of March
(depending on number of
hours we have left). With this program your child will learn fun lifelong
activities, how
to become more physically fit, learn more about sports, and most importantly
how to have a great time with his/her friends while playing games.
Intramurals is a privilege to students that are successfully completing
their school work, maintaining their academics and following the appropriate
code of conduct set up in our school handbook.

Listed below is the schedule of participation.

Monday 8:00-8:50 am -4th Grade Boys and Girls
Monday 3:30-4:45 pm -5th Grade Boys and Girls
Friday 8:00-8:50 am -5th Grade Boys and Girls

If you would like your child to participate in this intramural program you
must complete and detach the permission slip below, and return it to the
physical education teacher.

Sincerely,
