| Thank you all for coming to Parents as Partners night. It was wonderful to
see you all again. The children have been working very hard in class. We
have most of our routines memorized and the pace of our day has increased
slightly. We've been working very hard on learning colors,color words,
shapes, graphing, and various concepts of print. We've also read some great
books by some of our favorite authors, such as; Eric Carle, Leo Lionni,
Kevin Henkes, Tana Hoban and Rosemary Wells. We have begun letter
introduction and the letter "Tt" was our first letter. We will continue to
learn the alphabet throughout the school year. Keep up the good work at home!
