Supply List for Kindergarten-SCI- Oak Grove
2009-2010

1 backpack (no rolling backpack please)
1 clear Supply box (any color)
3 boxes of Crayola crayons (16 or 24 pack)
2 boxes of Crayola large crayons (8 pack)
12 large Elmer’s glue sticks
1 large bottle of Elmer’s glue 
3 pencils (plain, yellow #2 pencils)
1 package of assorted colors of construction paper
1 plastic two-pocket folders (for bringing work/notes to and from 
school)
1 pair of Fiskar scissors (metal edge)
3 Dry-Erase Markers- (No Odor or Low Odor)
2 First grade ruled notebooks (Teacher Store- the notebook is green)
2 boxes of tissues
2 container of antibacterial wipes. For example: Clorox, Lysol, etc.
1 large shirt to be used as a painting smock
1 magazine (For example, Good Housekeeping, Family circle, Parents)
1 full change of clothes (including socks) in a zip-lock bag with 
your child’s name on it.
1 plastic Tupperware shoe box size (a deep one)-  (The Dollar Store 
sells them.)-  We will use it to store all your child’s supplies for 
the year.)

Water bottle (no juice please) and a small healthy snack each day (no 
candy, chips, cupcakes, etc.)  If you send in grapes, please cut them 
in half.  

1 deck of Alphabet and Number flash cards.  These are to be kept at 
home for daily practice.

Parents:  Please label all clothing, backpacks, jackets, etc. with 
your child’s name.  This will help the children become responsible 
for their belongings.
