It is your task as a National Security advisor to create a White Paper for
President Bush. This White Paper will discuss the following question:
"ARE ANTIWAR PROTESTORS ENVOKING FREE SPEECH RIGHTS WHEN DEMONSTRATING
AGAINST THE WAR IN IRAQ?"
The President wants a complete picture of this issue. You must include the
history of the wartime dissent in the United States. In addition, explain
the pros and cons related to this issue. Also the President would like
your recommendation about it. Be sure to include the names of groups and/or
individuals on both sides of the issue. He may need additional information
about the issue.
