Description
Find the arguments that are opposed to WARTIME DISSENT. Read them and
create a document which outlines all of these arguments. Be sure to include
groups and individuals who are opposed to WARTIME DISSENT. In addition,
explain the role of each of these groups and individuals who are opposed.
Use the TEMPLATE found on the DOCUMENT PAGE entitled "CONS of WARTIME
DISSENT". Print the template and use it as PAGE TWO of the WHITE PAPER.
