What do I need for a "change" of clothes?

Any clothes that a student brings in, that are different from what they wore 
to school, is a "change" of clothes.  
Examples-T-shirt, sweat shirt...Shorts, sweat pants, jeans

Why do we have to change for P.E.?

#1 When students get older they begin to sweat; the sweat soaks into 
clothes.  The clothes then begin to have a bad smell.  
#2 Remembering a change of clothes teaches responsibility to our students. 
#3 We want to keep "school" clothes as clean as possible.
