Update from Ms. Martin 9/29/08

Students have begun their investigation of food chains and webs. We have experimented with soil types, set up terrariums ( where our anoles will live) and constructed an experiment to see which soil type is best for plant growth! The next few weeks we will be observing organisms in our terrariums-crickets, earthworms, and anoles. We will discover the role each plays in its habitat and the relationships between predators and prey, producers and consumers. Feel free to email with any questions.
