Process

Let the Fan Quest Begin!

STEP 1  Decide on your roles.  A description of each role is provided in the 
Role pages on this website.  Be familiar with your role and the roles of the 
other group members.

STEP 2  Begin working on your role.  Follow the links provided on your 
page.  You will be responsible for keeping track of the websites you visit 
and for taking notes on your Internet Recording Sheet.  Remember to share 
information that might be helpful to the other members of your group.

STEP 3  Meet back at the end of each literacy block.  Share what you found 
with the other group members daily.

STEP 4  When you have reached the research deadline (to be announced) you 
must meet with your group and being to organize your information into a 
PowerPoint presentation.  You will work on the presentation during 
literacy block and during computer preps.  Here are links to PowerPoint

STEP 5  Rehearse your presentation.  Refer to our presentation rubric for 
expectations.

STEP 6  Deliver your presentation to prospective Christ Van Allsburg Fan 
Club members.
