About The Teacher

     Well...where do I begin?  I am a product of the Wappingers School 
District.  I attended Fishkill Elementary, Myers Corners, and Van Wyck.  I 
went to John Jay High School and graduated in 1996.  I then went on to Mount 
Saint Mary College where I majored in K-6 Education and graduated in 2000.  
I attended Mercy College and received my Master's Degree in 2004.  Now I'm 
here...too late to send me back now.
     Besides my love for teaching, I am an avid softball player.  I coach 
the Van Wyck Softball team, so come see us play!  I coach the 14 and under 
Hudson Valley Express travel softball team as well.  I also play for the East 
Fishkill Women's Softball League during the summer months.  I am the biggest 
Yankee fan on the planet and am looking forward to a better season than last 
year.  (No more 1918--but I still think the Redsox stink!)  By the way...feel 
free to call me Mrs. Jeter!  :>)
     My other hobbies include shopping (I need to quit), playing all sports 
(I need to do this more), water and snow skiing (the reason I have bad 
knees), and boating (the reason I have bad hair days in the summer).

Mission For The Class

My mission is for the class to learn the most we can possibly learn while 
still having fun.  We will be mature, responsible and have loads of 
fun achieving our goals.  So saddle up partners and enjoy the ride...
