-Teaching students how to take their pulse.
-Teaching the names of all major muscles and exercises that target each area.
-Understanding the components of fitness (cardiovascular endurance, muscle
strength and endurance, and flexibility) and why these are important.
-The importance of being fit and healthy for life.
