H1N1 Update:
As you are well aware, many School districts in central New York State are
experiencing an increase in absentee rates due to students with flu-like
symptoms. Sandy Creek Schools is among those schools. Although we experienced
above normal absentee rates a few weeks ago, we seem to be back to normal for
the time being. Please visit our website for information on the H1N1 Virus.
There will be no Board WorkSession this month.
The Boosters will meet on Tuesday, November 24th at 6:30PM in the Board Room.
Thanksgiving Recess begins Thursday, November 26th. School for students
resumes Tuesday, December 1st.
Monday, November 30th is a Staff Development Day, no school for students.
The next regular meeting of the Board of Education is Thursday, December 10th
at 7PM. The board will begin discussions on the 10-11 budget, hear a report
on the on-going energy study, review a list of new course proposals for next
school year, and the board will recognize the Administrative Staff.
