Frequently Asked Questions: This page contains answers to common questions of students and parents.
What can I do to help my child with their reading skills?
The best way to support your child's reading is to read with your child. Research has proven that reading or being read to is the best way to encourage your child to read. Furthermore, you can work on our sight words using your own made up flashcards. Also, you can look for the words in print whether it be in books, at the store, or on signs. In addition, you can read the predecodable and decodable books with your children along with other easy readers.Back to Top

Do I have to complete the Home Links sent home for reading and math?
Completing these home school connections will only take up to 10 minutes a night (even less most times). They are sent to keep you informed as to what your child is responsible for knowing. As a bonus, your child will benefit from the little extra time spent on learning the basics.Back to Top
