Reminder: No school Wednesday, November 11 in honor of Veteran's Day. Please
ask your child about our lesson on this holiday and the importance of the
date.
Also, 1/2 day on Friday, November 13 for Parent/Teacher conferences.
It is Cornucuopia Project Time!
Every year during November our class does a cornucopia project. This
year we will make our cornucopias on Monday, November 23rd at 9:30. We will
fill our “horn of plenty” on Tuesday, November 24th at 1:30. We will need
volunteers both days. If you are available either or both days please let us
know. The more hands the better.
What we do need from everyone is a roll of Pillsbury Crescent Dough. We
have tried other brands, but Pillsbury is the best. You can find it in the
refrigerator section of the grocery store. We need that for the 23rd. We will
also need one bag of treats from each child. When we say treats, it can be
small fruit (tangerines, clementines), nuts or individually wrapped candies.
We need the treats for the 24th.
