First Grade Supply List
 
     Welcome to FIRST GRADE.  It won’t be long before we begin 
learning many new and exciting things.  Below is a list of supplies 
that you must bring to school on the first day.  Please be sure to 
label everything.  
     Enjoy your summer vacation, and we look forward to meeting you 
in September.  
The First Grade Team
Mrs. Davis, Mrs. Kniffen, Mrs. Goodwill, Mrs. McGurl

•10-12  sharpened pencils
•4 large glue sticks
•crayons (box of 24, no larger)
•scissors
•2 large erasers
•supply box (no larger than 9”x6”)  We store most of our 
 supplies in this container.  It must fit in desk.  
•2 black/white composition notebooks
•1 yellow pocket folder
•index cards (2 packs, 3x5, any color)
•1 highlighter (any color)
•$3.25 in an envelope labeled with your child’s name.  A 
 writing journal and spelling notebook will be provided on the first 
 day of school.
