About The Teacher
I am married and a father of a son, who is in elementary school. When not teaching, I am the Coach of Todd Modified Volleyball team and coach Odyssey of the Mind Structure Team. In the past, I have had the priviledge as the Odyssey of the Mind team coach to have coached teams to Worlds Finals and place at both State and Regional Competitions. I enjoy spending time with my family,friends and working on my home. I have worked with families and children for the past twenty years in different capacities. Fourteen of those years have been as a middle school teacher, seven in New York City and seven at Todd Middle School in the Spackenkill Union Free School District.

Mission
My mission is to be a catalyst for learning for the students. My intent is to engage the students with exercises and projects that will enrich their interest in Social Studies, Reading and Language Arts. It is also my desire that the students contribute to each other's learning, and for students to make connections and apply their learning in and outside the academic environment.
