My mission is to spend each day doing my best to facilitate learning in a
way that enables my students to feel empowered enough to think and learn and
problem-solve as moral, ethical, and divergent individuals.
Keyboarding skills are introduced and reinforced during September using Type
To Learn Jr. Grade level concepts are strengthened throughout the year
using Inspiration, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Paint, Microsoft PowerPoint,
Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Excel.
Throughout all the grades, I try to integrate the curriculum as much as
possible. With this integrative objective in mind, I spend time researching,
(with the classroom teachers), software program activities and projects,
educational Web sites, Webquests, and virtual field trips that present
information and reinforce learning concepts.
At our Web site's homepage, you can find:
Religion, music and educational links and games listed on the Religion,
Music, and Learning Games WebLinks page.
Research WebLinks will bring you to different web resources where students
can research information about any area of learning.
The Math, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts WebLinks pages hone
in on those specific areas of learning and study.
