Registration was held during the month of March. The deadline date was April
7th, 2009. If you have not registered, you can mail in your registration
papers, including fee, to 35 School Street, Oyster Bay, NY 11771. If your
have a child registering for the first time, you must include a baptismal
certificate even if he/she was baptized at St. Dominic. PLEASE NOTE THAT
YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE PLACED IN A CLASS UNTIL THE OFFICE RE-OPENS IN
SEPTEMBER. Late registration will be held September 14-15; please read the
bulletin in September for details.
If you have received a letter for your Level 6 child to be reassessed before
acceptance into the Confirmation Program, please email the Religious Ed
Office at www.Religioused@stdoms.org. We will get back to you to set up an
appointment. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED AND YOU HAVE NOT MADE AN
APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE REGISTERED IN
THE CONFIRMATION PROGRAM UNTIL THE REASSESSMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
If you have received a letter regarding excessive absences, please note that
if you have not made an appointment with the required completed work, your
child will not be registered for the next Level until an appointment has been
made. Please email www.Religioused@stdoms.org and we will get back to you to
set up an appointment.
