Students can choose from thousands of books to read and take tests on. Any test that Renaissance Learning creates for an AR quiz, they now have access to. Please encourage your child to read. Kindergarten - We are working in Sunbuddy Writer doing an ABC project. We are using and learning lots of tools: highlighting, copying, pasting, inserting, as well as using the Enter Key and Spacebar. 1st Grade - We have been practicing Word Processing skills, using punctuation, keyboard strokes, and inserting clipart. 2nd Grade - We are working in groups to create a story and slideshow using Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs as the pattern. 3rd Grade - We are writing newspaper articles, reporting on Fairytale characters - with a little twist! 4th Grade - We are creating trading cards based on the people we researched in class earlier this year. 5th Grade - We are learning about File Management - a life-long skill! 6th Grade - We have started SNAP! We have chosen our main characters. We are now taking pictures of classmates and working with PaintShop Pro as well as befunky.com to create the illustrations for each page.  |
