Homework is assigned Monday through Friday, collected each day, and returned
the next day. A listing of all homework assignments is kept in the blue
(HOLT) and green (CONCEPTS) marble notebook at my lab table for student
reference.
Homework Checklist
1. All homework assignments must have a complete heading at the top of the
paper. You should include HW# as well.
2. All homework assignments must be written in blue or black ink.
3. All diagrams and illustrations must be completed in color.
4. All homework must be written in complete sentences.
5. If you get stuck on a question either leave it blank, try your best and
guess, or write "I don't get this at all!"
6. You can write in cursive, print, or use a computer.
7. Remember I check homework VERY LATE so the neater your work is the better
I like it!
8. Edit all of your work! Check for spelling, correct punctuation,complete
sentences, capitalization, and of course that your words make sense.
9. You should have the following supplies within reach: loose leaf paper,
pens, colored pencils, construction paper, white paper, dictionary, stapler,
glue sticks, and scissors. Remember every Tuesday you will need a New York
Times article from the Science Times section.
