Jim Dillon, Principal, Lynnwood Elementary School, Schenectady NY, is a
veteran educator and leader in his district's Bullying Prevention Program.
He is a Certified Olweus Bully Prevention trainer and the author of the
book,
The Peaceful School Bus, a program designed to prevent and decrease bullying
on the school bus.
