| ***6th Grade Members of JAZZ BAND PERFORM at SPRING EXHIBIT***
Congratulations on another job well done! I received several glowing
compliments from parents, teachers, and students of how well you all
performed. BRAVO!!
***JAZZ BAND CLUB meets once a week during the school year from 3:30 -
4:20pm. We usually start around Thanksgiving and go until the Spring
Concert.
Students are dismissed from the main lobby or take the late bus
home.
Students learn a brief history of how jazz music evolved into different
genres such as Rock & Roll. Students will aslo perform music in the jazz,
rock & roll and latin idioms. The Jazz Band will perform at the advanced
Spring Concert.
