All rehearsals are in room 22. Students are asked to arrive at 8:15am for all morning rehearsals. REHEARSALS for GRADE 4 WILL BEGIN TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25TH! Please remember that these before school rehearsals are in ADDITION to the weekly lessons. Grade 4 rehearsal contracts ("attendance policy") and permission slips will go home with students the week of  Oct 17th. Please remember that you do NOT need to purchase a lesson book! You are required to have a 3 ring binder that opens flat with two dividers (one for "lessons" and one for "concert music"). I will supply all of the instructional materials for the beginners. 
When it is time to purchase a book (either the end of 4th grade or the beginning of 5th) I will send a note home.

Have an iPhone, iPad or an iTouch iPod? 
"Steinwaymetronome" and "Metronome!" are both GREAT apps and they are FREE!! (iTick is no longer available) There is a really good and inexpensive tuner app called "cleartune". It works with iPad, iPhone and the 4th generation iPod touch.
