Mrs. Hershman has been teaching music in the Wappingers Central School
District for the past seven years. She is very excited to be here at Van
Wyck full time this year! Outside of school Mrs. Hershman enjoys seeing
Broadway musicals, shopping, and scrapbooking.
In 7th grade band, our mission is to become independent, capable,
hardworking musicians. We will accomplish this through both band and
lessons where we will learn a variety of different musical genres. Through
consistent practice and honest hard work, all students are capable of
succeeding.
