11/24 (Thankgiving Break) Read your independent reading book for a minimum of
30 min and write a reading journal entry. Do this three times for a total of
three entries to be handed in on Mon. for a quiz grade.
11/30 - Keep up with your indepedent reading, 30 min.
12/1 - Honors: Progress Report, Charlie Gordon - What have you learned about
CG thus far in the story, how did he perform on the tests, etc.
12/2 - Honors: Read up to April 6 and continue notes
8R: Read you independent reading book for 30 min. and write summary
12/3 - Honors: Finish Part 1, FFA. Continue your notes - bring in I.R. book
8R: Bring in your I.R. book
12/4 - Honors: Complete p.61 #2 - 9 in complete sentences
8R: Write a journal entry about your book from the point of view of
your main character. Use the first person perspective "I" to explain
what's going on in the story
12/7 - Independent reading book for 30 min. and write a journal entry.
Entries will be collected on Friday (5) and students will be grade out
of 100 for their work
