Permission slips will be posted on this page as they are sent home. This will enable you to print a new form if needed. Please sign and return the slip by the date indicated and enclose the fee required.
**Chaperones will be needed for field trips. If you are available, please check the appropriate box on the permission slip. We will inform you either way to let you know whether or not you will or will not be needed for the trip. If you are not needed for one trip, we will thank you anyway and be sure that you will be chosen for another.
