Third Grade
Welcome to third grade! I am thrilled to have you in my class this year! I
cannot wait to meet you in September! As we prepare our classrooms, the
excitement begins to build for the new school year. We have so much to learn.
Soon you will be writing in cursive, practicing
multiplication facts, and participating in science experiments. I hope this
will be a special year for you, a year filled with fun and creative learning
experiences. Below is your third grade supply list. This supply list is for
1st quarter only. We will re-inventory our supplies during the year and
replenish as needed. Enjoy your summer!

1 pack of loose leaf (wide ruled)
*1 box/pack of #2 pencils (Ticonderoga preferred no mechanical pencils,
please)
*2 large pink erasers
*6 glue sticks
ruler (standard & metric measurement)
blunt edge scissors
1 yellow, 1 pink, 1 green highlighter
4 red pens
2 sets of 3x5 LINED Post-It notes (any color)
soft pencil case with zipper (no hard boxes, please)
personal pencil sharpener (not battery operated)
crayons (24 pack)
thin markers (basic colors only, please)
Wooden or plastic clipboard
3 marble composition books
4 two pocket folders( one blue, one yellow, one green, and one red)
Addition and Subtraction Flash Cards for home use
Multiplication and Division Flash Cards for school use
3 subject spiral notebook (for specials)
2 boxes of tissues
1 box of wipes (no refill packages please)
1 box of Lysol wipes (for teachers use only)
Backpack (without wheels)
Chapter book for daily silent reading
Healthy snack daily
