Healthy Survey I

Answer the following questions with TRUE or FALSE. If you don't
know the answer, then answer false. When a question asks about
family, it implies "blood" relatives who are your
grandparents,
aunts, uncles, parents and siblings.

When your results come back, keep in mind that correct answers are
the healthier choices/attitudes (and incorrect answers are
not "wrong", just not the best option for good
health). In your
notebook, write down five "incorrect" answers, and
what you could do
to be healthier.
