My school email address is jeffrey.place@wappingersschools.org.  I 
try to check it every morning during the school week.

Are you available for extra help?

Absolutely!  I will usually be available during my lunch period and after 
school upon request.  I have lunch duty 6th period so I can meet with you 
then if you also have lunch during 6th period.
