You will be required to keep a 3 ring binder (at least 2") that may 
be shared between ELA and social studies.  You will need 4 dividers 
for ELA and 4 dividers for social studies.  We strongly suggest a 3 
hole zippered pencil case that you can keep in your binder.  Papers 
in each section of your social studies binder should be titled, 
dated, and filed from newest to oldest.  

Organize your social studies notebook as follows:
 Homework  
 Vocabulary 
 Class work  
 Tests and quizzes

Notebook quizzes will be given randomly throughout the year.  Keep 
your notebook organized, neat, and up-to-date for an easy 100% on 
these quizzes.
