Couple of things...

First of all, students were very well behaved on our class trip.  One visitor at the FDR Library actually pulled a staffer aside to ask what school they were from - because the kids were actively engaged in their assignment and behaving appropriately.    We look forward to planning another trip for the spring.

 

Finishing up "Road to Revolution" this week.  Study guide will be passed out today - exam on Friday.  7R students can complete and turn in for 5-10 bonus points toward the test (must be at least 1/2 complete).  Turn in on test day.  Study session for this exam will be Wednesday after school in room 132.  I know it's day of the volleyball game, but I have a family committment on Thursday.  Students can go to the volleyball game after review if okay with you.  I believe you have to pick them up after the game if they are not taking the 3:45 late bus. 

 

Test corrections for the "13 Colonies" exam will be tomorrow (Tuesday) in 132 after school for 7R students.  Students must bring their exams with them.

 

FYI...my student teacher leaves this Friday.  I think Mr. Devine has done a great job in both planning lessons and running the classes.  I would appreciate any feedback that your student shares with you so I can help him improve.  I miss working with my kids!...so looking forward to being back in front of the class.
