DECISION MAKING SCENARIO ASSIGNMENT

 

Four times throughout the Health quarter, you will be required to turn in a decision making scenario. The scenario must be health related.

 

Guidelines for Decision Making Scenario:

Each decision making scenario you turn in must be a situation (real or created) faced by teens.  The elements of the situations are provided below.  You must draw and use the decision making flowmap format, and it must include the steps.  DO NOT PHOTOCOPY, ETC the format and fill it in.

DM Scenario Elements:

1. DM Scenario #1: Relationships or goal setting issues
2. DM Scenario #2: STI issues
3. DM Scenario #3: Alcohol or tobacco or drug issues
