Well, we are starting to get used to the new speed and responsibilties of
fourth grade. Homework is a very important part of fourth grade because it
is review for tests, practicing different writing skills, and assessing
understanding of the information we gathered during the class day.
Rereading of the story is very important, as is answering the comprehension
questions completely each night. Please check your child's work for
neatness, correct spelling in spelling homework, and rephrased questions
before their complete answers are given. Example of this is:
Amelia and Eleanor are famous why? Amelia and Eleanor are famous because
of ... Thank your for your help in this team effort called education.
