Hi, my name is Mrs. Remski and I have taught 4th grade at WSCS for
five years now. Prior to(before)that I was working as a Special Education
Aide in a Public School while I was going to school to complete my Master's
Degree in Elementary Education. My husband, Mike and I have two wonderful
sons, Jeremiah (24), Kaleb (22), and our dog, Max (Maximillion Maximus).
Max is 2 years old. Jeremiah is a Platform Banker in Southhampton and Kaleb
is away at Brockport College studying Environmental Science.
I look forward to reading about your hobbies, sports, and after
school activities. My favorite color is green, I like to quilt, read, and
tell stories. My favorite food is pizza and my favorite grade is, you
guessed it, 4th Grade.
Our classroom is a place where we will learn about God, Jesus, and the
Holy Spirit; so that when we pray we might really know how much they love
and cherish us. In our classroom we will not be afraid of making a mistake
because we know that an error is just an oportunity to learn. God tells us
in the Bible not to think of ourselves more highly than we should. In our
classroom, that means that any one student's answer or question is not more
important or informative than any other student's. We learn from each
other. As such, we will not be called on to give an answer if we are
calling out. Nor, will we speak, but instead really listen, when someone
else is speaking.
