Letter of the Week: Review
Monday:
Read the poems in your poetry binder-look for rhyming words, letters or words
you know etc. Poetry binders should be returned to school on Thursday,
January 7, 2010.
Tuesday:
Talk to Me Tuesday Folder: Please sign the back sheet and return the folder
to school with your child on Wednesday.
Wednesday:
Continue to work on poetry binders.
Thursday:
Handwriting Sheet-This will be sent home on Thursday.
Friday:
Have your child read The Snowman with you. Remember to ask your child to
point to each word as he or she reads. Add this book to your letter book
baggie.
*** Fine Motor: Practice personal self-help skills, such as buttoning,
zippering, putting on coat/sweater, turning sleeves right side out, tying
shoe-laces. Practice these skills every day, until they are mastered.
