Letter of the Week: Kk
Monday:
Please read the K Story to your child and talk about the “K" words you hear
in the story. Which words begin with the /k/ sound? Can you hear any words
that have the /k/ sound in the middle or at the end? This DOES NOT need to
be returned to school.
Tuesday:
Talk to Me Tuesday Folder: Please sign the back sheet and return the folder
to school with your child on Wednesday.
Wednesday:
No School
Tomorrow is an early dismissal day (11:00) please remember to send a snack to
school with your child.
Thursday:
Poetry Binders- continue Tuesday’s activities.

Friday:
Have your child read My Kk Book to you. Remember to ask your child to point
to each word as he or she reads. Add this book to your letter book baggie.
*** Fine Motor: Practice personal self-help skills, such as buttoning,
zippering, putting on coat/sweater, turning sleeves right side out, tying
shoe-laces. Practice these skills every day, until they are mastered.
