Welcome to this web site! My name is Mrs. Linda Grimm and I am very proud to
be a member of the Yorktown School Community as the Principal of Mildred E.
Strang Middle School.
I began my administrative career in 1985 at Yorktown High School as Assistant
to the Principal; I was responsible for the students in grades 9 and 10.
I then worked as a High School Assistant Principal for grades 9-12 in
Southern Westchester. I returned to the Yorktown Central School District in
1993. I had the wonderful opportunity to serve as Assistant Principal of
Strang Middle School from September, 1993 until I was appointed Middle School
Principal in September, 2000. It is a pleasure to work with
the staff, students and families of Mildred E. Strang Middle School and our
school community!
The mission of the Yorktown Central School District and Mildred E. Strang
Middle School is to provide a comprehensive educational experience and to
provide the opportunities for all of our students to do their very best in
every way.
We will strive to achieve our goals by:
