Welcome to KJG! I have taught kindergarten for 19 years at Mohansic and have
been an Early Childhood Educator since 1976! I have a BA in Early Childhood
Education from Queens College(CUNY)and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood
Education from The College of New Rochelle.
I love teaching kindergarten and working with young children. I am very
passionate about early childhood education and feel very strongly about what
our youngest students should be doing and learning in kindergarten and
throughout the early childhood years.
I have lived in Yorktown with my husband since 1978. We have 2 grown
daughters, Jacqueline and Natalie that you will hear a lot about this year!
My class mission is for your child to love learning and coming to school
each day. Learning and growing is a direct result of feeling safe, happy and
successful in school. My work is to make sure your child feels that way! I
look forward to working with your child and learning more about him/her
everyday!
