This is my third year as a classroom teacher at Mohansic Elementary and
am so happy to be part of such a special place! I began as a second grade
teacher at Mohansic and taught kindergarten last year. I have also
previously taught a year of second grade, as well as two years of
Kindergarten in other districts.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, decorating my relatively new home,
and spending time with my family and friends.
My mission is to create a classroom environment that is respectful, calm,
and inviting. I want each child to be accepted and appreciated for all they
bring to our classroom family. My goal is to instill in each child a love
for learning, an ability to think and work independently, and to develop
each child's self-help and social skills, all while having fun at the same
time!
