We would like to encourage parents to participate in our school board. Our board meetings take place about once a month in the evening. Meeting dates will be advertised on the bulletin board in the hallway.

Everyone is welcome to attend.

Members of the Board and an overview of their duties:

The Secretary--takes minutes at board meetings and writes all correspondence.

The Treasurer--keeps books, balances accounts, writes checks, processes payroll, provides statements, and proposes

yearly budget.

The Fundraising Chairperson--responsible for all fundraising events and collection of money from the same.

The Registrar--responsible for all registration procedures of Conesus Lake Nursery School, collecting registration fees

and maintains class lists.

The Tuition Chairperson--responsible for collecting tuition each month and notifying class representatives of

nonpayments.

The Three-Day Class Representative--Contact person for the class and is responsible for collecting and recording all health forms and duties not covered in other positions.

The Two-Day Class Representative--a nonvoting member, Contact person for the class. Is responsible for collecting and recording all health forms and duties not covered in other positions. Votes only to break a tie.

Board members will receive a $100.00 deduction in their yearly tuition costs. Board members must also be available for all board meetings, set-up of the classrooms in late August, mid-year cleaning in February, takedown of the classrooms in June, attend the Orientation Night in September, and prepare for the end of the year picnic.
