H1N1 Update:
As you are well aware, many School Districts in Central New York State are
experiencing an increase in absentee rates due to students with Flu-Like
Symptoms. Sandy Creek Schools is among those schools. Although we experienced
above normal absentee rates a few weeks ago, we seem to be back to normal for
the time being. Please visit our website for information on the H1N1 Virus.
The next Regular Board of Education Meeting is scheduled for Thursday,
November 12th at 7PM. The Board will recognize the Transportation Staff and
hear a report from the District External Auditor.
The Music Department will be sponsoring a Talent Show on Friday, November
13th at 7PM in the Auditorium. The Public is Welcome!
The Social Studies 5 State Assessment will be administered on Monday and
Tuesday, November 16th & 17th.
The Board of Education will hold it's monthly work session on Thursday,
November 19th at 7PM. The Board will hear a presentation on the District
Energy Study.
The Boosters will meet on Tuesday, November 24th at 6:30PM in the Board Room.
Thanksgiving Recess begins Thursday, November 26th. School for students
resumes Tuesday, December 1st. Monday, November 30th is a Staff Development
Day.
