A very special thank you to the voters of the district that supported the 
Excel Project. Below is the tentative timeline:

April 1 - September 1, 2008      Design Phase

September 1 - March 1, 2009      State Department of Education Review and 
Final Approval.

April 1, 2009 - May 31, 2009     Bidding Process

June  2009                       Award Bids

June 25, 2009                    Start Construction

December 31, 2009                Project Completion.
