Hello and welcome to my web page! I find this to be a useful tool for
parents in trying to keep you up to date with school activities and
important dates. I am looking forward to a great year with your child and
cannot wait to get started!
Happy New Year to everyone! I am looking forward to a wonderful second half
of the school year! Soon I will be sending home a 100th Day Project letter.
More information will be coming home once we figure out when the 100th Day
will be.
In early March, we will be beginning a classroom Bookworm project. We will
also be doing a Science Fair project as a class. Please know you are welcome
to have your child submit an individual one as well.
We are doing our best to do extra things to try and keep the kids healthy in
our classroom. Clorox/disinfectant wipes are used frequently to wipe off
desks and tables. We still have some of these left to use. If you would
like to send in extra donations that would be wonderful. We use the hand
sanitizer as well. The school provides that.
Also, if your child reads/sings any of the color word books to you and you
sign them saying they did so. Your child will earn a prize from me when
he/she returns the signed item. This will also occur when the paper yellow
and salmon colored reading books start coming home that go along with our
series.
