Naile Can Art Change Society?
Yes, I think art can change society, but it all depends. Say my favorite artist was Pablo Picasso, and I saw a painting of his, supporting the idea of taking care of the Earth. Wouldn't I want to recycle, and plant trees then too, because of the artist's painting? As I said it all varies maybe I wouldn't care. Possibly 50% of the other people who saw the painting would care. And hopefully perchance the other half of the Picasso fans would start taking good responsibility of the planet. By reducing, reusing recycling, planting trees, causing less pollution and etc. So in my opinion that is art changing society! My art piece showed how someone grew trees, because of some inspiration. In my paragraph the art piece is mentioned is the inspiration! So yeah in my point of view this was a big point of art changing society! The End |

Gautam Can art change the society? I think art can change society. If someone draws a realistic picture like a tree or flower, the people might start appreciating the small and natural beauty around them. That might make the society better. Art can also make people understand certain happenings. For example, the book, Uncle Toms Cabin, showed the society the horrors of slavery. So, art can change the society many different ways, from having people appreciate small wonders of nature, to having them realize specific things. Art can truly change the society. |
Louis Can Art Change Society? I believe that art can change society. Art makes your feelings come alive. Art can make you feel happy, sad, mad, excited, nervous, or energized. I think that how people feel after they experience art is what can cause change. The AIDS quilt is an example of how art can change society. This quilt made people aware of AIDS and people that were affected by AIDS. My work of art is a quilt panel for Ryan White. Ryan was a kid about my age who got AIDS from a blood transfusion. Ryan was kicked out of school because he was sick. Ryan fought to educate people about HIV and AIDS. He worked hard to get laws passed so that everyone with this disease could attend school and be treated with respect. Can art change society? Yes! In 1989, the AIDS quilt weighed 13 tons and included 10, 848 panels. It was the last time the entire quilt was displayed. The art people saw on that day in October continues to be a reminder that art can change society and together we can work to make a difference. |

Christian How Can Art Change Society?
If opposite people dont really like each other (like black and white, rich and poor, boy and girl) and they see a picture of them playing happily together, they might do it too. I think art can change society if some people see other people playing together there is a higher chance of them playing too. That is why I think art can change society. |
Joseph Art can change a society. In the early years, the cavemen displayed their art by drawing on their cave walls. Their work was carried on by their society. Today artists display their opinions and ideas in their drawings and artwork. They write cartoons about their opinions and can communicate a message through their drawings. Others can follow their creative ideas. |

Tim How Art Changes Society
Art can change society by making people happy or sad. This piece of art shows people that they should not pollute because they would be destroying a thing of beauty that shouldnt be destroyed. It shows people places and things that they may never have seen before and that they may want to protect. Can Art Change Society? |

Shania Can Art Change Society? I think art can change society because when someone looks at a piece of art it can make them feel happy, sad and angry. I clollaged flowers together because its Spring time and when you look at it you get this happy feeling inside. When I look at a piece of art I just want to keep looking at different pieces of art work. I think if there was more art in the world then people could express there self. I also think it cant change society because everyone has a different opinion. Sense everyone has different opinions theres a lot of pieces of art in the world. If everyone had the same opinion all art would be the same. |

Conner Can Art Change Society? Yes. Art can change society. If someone drew a picture of what the future might look like showing that the earth is dirty, maybe people would care. Scientist believe that we might live on top of our trash. But if he/she drew another picture of what the future might look like if we picked up our garbage, maybe we can live on a healthy and clean planet and not live filthy and on trash. |
