PowerMediaPlus (www.PowerMediaPlus.com) is the new video-streaming provider for all New York
State schools. It is funded through NYS PBS affliates, and it is owned by Discovery Education.
The previous provider, United Streaming, requires that all previously downloaded
videos and images be deleted by October 31, 2006.
United Streaming has provided PowerMediaPlus with their database of all previous user ids and
passwords. If you are unable to log on to PowerMediaPlus with your old United Streaming
password, you may need to create another account. Listed below are the passcodes needed to
create new accounts.
