Antioch Bear

We are exchanging GeoPets with a class in 
Thunder Bay, Ontario.  The GeoPets will go to 
children's houses, on field trips, and on 
vacations.  Their adventures (with photos) 
will be kept in a journal.  At the end of the 
school year, the journals will be returned to 
the original school so the children can see 
what kind of adventures the GeoPet had.  We 
have send Ms. Waldie's class a bear with an 
Antioch School shirt on.

A Digeridoo!

Jeff brought his new digeridoo to school.  He is 
already quite good at playing it.

Ms. Wingard

Ms. Wingard and Mr. Farmer came to Antioch 
School to talk to the class about band and 
orchestra. The Intermediate/advanced classes 
will be on Mondays and Wednesdays (with an 
occasional Friday), and the beginner classes will 
be held on Thursdays with an occasional 
Tuesday.

Duet

It is great to have children playing music on the 
Steinway.  How sad it was to see it alone and 
wrapped in padding in an empty room all 
summer!
